Planning - Roles of Team

Within my team, it is only Lola and I. We came up with the decision of being in a pair since we thought that we would still be given the chance to work independently, in order to make our project the best that it can be. With the two of us doing different jobs in order to create our music video to the best of our ability, splitting different jobs between us was a very good idea, since it means that the jobs are able to get done at a faster pace. However, I was mainly responsible for the filming of the music video and Lola was more dominant over the editing of the footage. Therefore, since we are now thinking about the poster and digipack, we have decided that Lola's role is to design and organise the album cover, and my job is to create the poster / advertisement for our video. I felt that this role is best suited for me since I am a creative person, and enjoy deciding / creating things that will stand out to an audience of our target demographic. 

Overall, Lola and I work very well as a team since we both think along the same lines as each other, and always agree with what each other has to say. This is a good thing since we are able to make decisions quickly and there is no conflict between us.
